Amy L. Fogelman
Amy practices family law, but has substantial experience with probate and real estate matters as well. She has litigated cases in many of Ohio’s courts of common pleas and has helped clients with their real estate matters throughout Ohio.
Before founding the firm, she worked in the litigation department at one of the area’s largest law firms and was in-house counsel at a real estate title company. In law school and college, Amy worked for state court judges in Ohio and Kentucky.
In her community, Amy volunteers with organizations that offer no-cost legal services to those in need. She also volunteers with several programs at her church and enjoys helping with animal rescue. In fact, she is co-founder of the Ashland Animal Rescue Fund in Ashland, Kentucky; is a board member with Safe Haven Animal Rescue (SHAR) in Cincinnati; and is a volunteer at the Peppermint Pig (a fund-raising arm of SHAR). Amy also greatly enjoys spending time with her family and the numerous animals on her small farm in Batavia Township, Ohio.
Amy was raised in Ashland, Kentucky. She received her BA from Morehead State University and received her law degree from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
Amy is licensed to practice in all Ohio state courts, including Ohio’s Supreme Court. She has published articles on numerous real estate subjects. And, she is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
