Adam R. Fogelman
Adam Fogelman is licensed in Ohio. He handles cases in Ohio only and can meet you in any of our 3 Ohio locations.Adam practices family law, but has substantial experience with real estate and general civil litigation. He has litigated cases in many of Ohio’s courts of common pleas, in many of Ohio’s appellate-level district courts, and in both federal district courts located in Ohio. Before joining The Fogelman Law Firm, he worked in the litigation department at one of the area’s larger law firms.In his community, Adam volunteered for 7 years with a local township’s zoning commission (serving as both a Chair and Vice-Chair during his time with the commission ), has volunteered with a local township’s Development Committee, and has volunteered with the Ashland Animal Rescue Fund in Ashland and Safe Haven Animal Rescue. Adam is also active in the local legal community by volunteering on the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Membership Services and Development Committee, the Admissions Committee, and on the Mock Trial Committee. In his spare time, Adam greatly enjoys spending time with his family on his their small farm in Batavia Township, Ohio.
Adam was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He received his BA from the University of Cincinnati and received his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.
Adam is licensed to practice in all Ohio state courts, including Ohio’s Supreme Court. He is also licensed to practice in Federal District Court in both the Southern District of Ohio and the Northern District of Ohio, before the Sixth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, and before the United States Supreme Court.
Adam has both published articles and spoken on legal issues. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a recipient of Law & Politics magazine’s “Ohio SuperLawyer - Rising Star Award” and holds the highest ranking from Martindale-Hubbel's lawyer ranking service -- “AV - Preeminent.”Amy L. Amy Fogelman is licensed in Ohio. She handles cases in Ohio only and can meet you in any of our 3 Ohio locations.Amy practices family law, but has substantial experience with probate and real estate matters as well. She has litigated cases in many of Ohio’s courts of common pleas and has helped clients with their real estate matters throughout Ohio.
Before founding the firm, she worked in the litigation department at one of the area’s largest law firms and was in-house counsel at a real estate title company. In law school and college, Amy worked for state court judges in Ohio and Kentucky.
In her community, Amy volunteers with organizations that offer no-cost legal services to those in need. She also volunteers with several programs at her church and enjoys helping with animal rescue. In fact, she is co-founder of the Ashland Animal Rescue Fund in Ashland, Kentucky; is a board member with Safe Haven Animal Rescue (SHAR) in Cincinnati; and is a volunteer at the Peppermint Pig (a fund-raising arm of SHAR). Amy also greatly enjoys spending time with her family and the numerous animals on her small farm in Batavia Township, Ohio.
Amy was raised in Ashland, Kentucky. She received her BA from Morehead State University and received her law degree from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
Amy is licensed to practice in all Ohio state courts, including Ohio’s Supreme Court. She has published articles on numerous real estate subjects. And, she is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Richard Bardach is licensed in Ohio. He handles cases in Ohio only and can meet you in any of our 3 Ohio locations.Community involvement is important to Richard. Richard is serving his fourth elected term to the Amberley Village Council. While on council, he has served as chair of the Law Committee and chair of the Planning Commission/Board of Zoning Appeals for all elected years. Richard also serves on the board of Camp Livingston, a local summer overnight camp.
Richard was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is licensed to practice in all Ohio Courts as well as the Federal District Court of the Southern District of Ohio.
Richard received his BA degree in journalism from the Ohio State University, and graduated from the Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1995.

Daniel Campbell is licensed in Ohio. He handles cases in Ohio only and can meet you in any of our 3 Ohio locations.
Daniel practices family law. Before joining The Fogelman Law Firm, he worked for a Hamilton County based boutique family law firm for over 6 years. He also has years of experience in the evolving field of electronic discovery, where he oversaw other attorneys in a quality control capacity.
In his community, Daniel currently volunteers as a member of his local township’s zoning commission. He’s also an active member of his local Masonic Lodge, where he has served in a number of roles. During he’s free time, he enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with his growing family.
Daniel was raised in Clermont County, Ohio. He graduated with honors from Xavier University with a BA in History and received his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He is also a graduate of Saint Xavier High School.
Daniel is licensed to practice law in Ohio. He is also licensed to practice in Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Daniel is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
