Adam works on family law cases, but his family law practice is complemented by substantial experience in real estate and general civil litigation during the first decade of his career. He has represented clients across numerous Ohio courts, including appellate and federal jurisdictions. Before establishing The Fogelman Law Firm, Adam honed his skills in the litigation department of a prominent regional law firm.
Beyond the courtroom, Adam is deeply involved in community service. He dedicated seven years to a local township's zoning commission, serving as both Chair and Vice-Chair, and contributed to the Development Committee. His passion for animal welfare is evident through his volunteer work with organizations like the Ashland Animal Rescue Fund and Safe Haven Animal Rescue. In his leisure time, Adam enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits and life on his family's small farm in Batavia Township, Ohio.
Adam earned his BA from the University of Cincinnati and his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is licensed to practice in all Ohio state courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court. Additionally, he is licensed to practice in the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio's Federal District Courts, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. His professional affiliations over the years have included the Clermont County Bar Association, the Brown County Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Amy brings a rich background in family law, probate, and real estate matters. Her legal journey includes significant roles in both large law firms and as in-house counsel for a real estate title company. During her academic tenure, Amy gained valuable insights working in state court judicial offices in Ohio and Kentucky.
Committed to giving back, Amy volunteers with organizations providing pro bono legal services and actively participates in church programs. Her dedication to animal rescue led her to co-found the Ashland Animal Rescue Fund in Kentucky and serve on the board of Safe Haven Animal Rescue in Cincinnati. Daniel O. Campbell
Daniel focuses on family law, bringing over six years of previous experience from a boutique family law firm in Hamilton County before joining the firm. He also has extensive experience working in electronic discovery management, where he has overseen teams in quality control capacities.
Active in his community, Daniel serves on his local township's zoning commission and is a dedicated member of his Masonic Lodge. He enjoys reading, cooking, and spending quality time with his family.
Daniel graduated with honors from Xavier University with a BA in History and earned his law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. His professional memberships include the Clermont County Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.
Richard Bardach, Of Counsel
Richard offers extensive experience in family law and is deeply rooted in the Cincinnati community. He is serving his fourth elected term on the Amberley Village Council, where he has chaired both the Law Committee and the Planning Commission/Board of Zoning Appeals. Additionally, Richard contributes to the growth of local youth as a board member of Camp Livingston, a summer overnight camp.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Richard received his BA in journalism from The Ohio State University and graduated from the Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1995. He is licensed to practice in all Ohio courts and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
